Customer Service Representative (£22,000 – £25,000/Yr)

Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers at Quadryson Autos UK. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and ensure that customers have a positive experience from start to finish. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Schedule vehicle service appointments and process payments
  • Provide customers with updates on their vehicles
  • Resolve complaints and issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records
